Born in Ankara on 22 July 1972 and based in Istanbul, Ayhan Karadeniz graduated from Ankara University with a bachelor's degree in History, with academic expertise relating to Ancient Greek and Roman Imperial Civilizations.
He spent 22 years serving as a Foreign Policy and Security Specialist at the Prime Ministry of the Republic of Türkiye, followed by eight years working in protocol, foreign relations, diplomacy and strategy at the Presidency of the Republic of Türkiye.
Following his retirement from public service, he became active in the private sector as well as various civil-society institutions and foundations.
His work has included international economic cooperation and development, business development, joint-venture group formation, investment and finance, with particular emphasis on building relationships between institutions, businesses and international partners.
His extensive public-sector and diplomatic background provides a strong foundation for international relations, institutional engagement, strategic partnership development and cross-border cooperation.
Karadeniz speaks English and Greek and has knowledge of Latin and Ancient Greek.
